On December 17, 2008, Steven and I were married in Lahaina, Hawaii.  It was not exactly what we expected as we found out that the court house would be closed on the day we had planned on getting married.  We ended up with about 45 minutes to find the courthouse and get married!  The bride wore a floral sundress, straight hair, and no makeup.  The groom wore blue jeans and a button shirt.

Ten days later the groom had to return to the middle east but, hopefully, he will be home again next month.  Then, this summer, I hope to spend time in Saudi Arabia with him
